Company Profile

We have been active in the Weston Ranch community from the very beginning. We have seen the community suffer through two different housing cycles with downturns in the early 1990's and again in the mid 2000's. There are now over 5,000 completed and occupied homes in Weston Ranch.

I have over 30 years of experience in brokerage and valuation activites. I have also appraised the entire community numerous times for Mello Roos bond sales and various bank loans.
