ACCREDITED REAL ESTATE SCHOOL

I started the Accredited Real Estate School so that I could have the pleasure of working with real estate agents in my Weston Ranch Realty office, who are not only well trained but also honest and ethical. I prefer working with a person that has no previous experience because in this way I can provide a foundation, from the ground up, with the proper training in all aspects of real estate. I have been a licensed broker for over 25 years and have been appraising real estate for over 30 years. I know the Weston Ranch community like the back of my hand and can give excellent one-on-one training in marketing and research skills.

Once a student is about half way through the program I will personally work in the field with the student previewing homes, preparing market analyses, and acting out various role-playing situations on how to make a listing presentation, how to work with buyers and other key aspects of building a successful real estate career.

The cost of the school is only $200 and this includes three college level text books and sample exam questions.
