I have been active in the development of the Weston Ranch community from the beginning of the master planned community in 1986. Prior to development in the late 1980's, Weston Ranch was farmland (field crops and walnut orchard) and most of the project was owned by the William Lyon Company.

I have been the exclusive appraiser hired by the City of Stockton to appraise the community for various Mello Roos bond sales over the past 10 plus years.

I am also the exclusive appraiser for the Manteca Unified School District in the acquisition of school sites in the school district, which includes all of Weston Ranch.

I earned the respected MAI designation (Member of the Appraisal Institute) in 1984 and I am also a member of the ASA (American Society of Appraisers).

In addition to my real estate appraisal experience, I also have considerable training and experience in business valuation. I am a lifetime member of the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA).

I have been a licensed California real estate broker for over 20 years. I have virtually all of the old marketing history for all of the original home builders in Weston Ranch. I appraised many of the new home developments for bank financing purposes for various builders in Weston Ranch.

My knowledge of the Weston Ranch community and it's history is not only substantial, but also unique, in that no one else has stayed continuously involved in the community from the very beginning.
